No, it has an AT board. When I rebooted the system (after the unusual
shutdown), there was a Win95 error message I had not ever seen before
stating something to the effect that the registry needed to be replaced
from a back up copy. I clicked on the only button available on the error
screen and the system rebooted. On a subsequent shutdown the "It is now
Safe to Turn Off your Computer" message was absent again as described above
and then the same error message appeared on boot up. The owner never shuts
the system down so it had never been perceived as being a real issue. I am
concerned that eventually this will cause a real problem and of course an
inconvenient time. Is there any fix, or should Win 95 be re-installed? If
so, what is the best way to reinstall Win95 over an existing installation?
