I have tested this again, --You see, I have about 8 email addresses. So it's
easy to test :)

I emailed myself and BCC'd 3 other addresses... Each of the emails appears
as if it's coming to ONE person in the two box.  NO other email address sees
the other... The other recipients did NOT see who I put in the two box.

Perhaps that is with OUTLOOK only?
