Your Internet Explorer Cache is located in the "Temporary
Internet Files" folder which is inside your "Windows" folder.
The best way to clean out your IE cache however, is to go to the
"Control Panel" and clean it out from there. Here are step by
step directions:
1) Double click on "My Computer".
2) Double click on "Control Panel".
3) Double click on "Internet".
4) In my version of Windows, the "Temporary Internet Files"
settings are on the first page, under the "General" tab, you
might have to look around if you have a different version. Once
you find the section labeled "Temporary Internet Files", click
the button that says "Delete Files" This will empty your IE
cache.
