Subject: [PCSOFT] Unable to connect to one website server

This is a problem my daughter has. At one time she was connected to the
Internet via her University's network. Now she is no longer connected this
way and is using a dial-up connection to the Internet. She cannot access
the University server or even her school's web page any more although there
is no trouble connecting to any other Internet site. I hope someone has
some idea of how to fix this or even a reason why this might have
happened. She is running a pentium celeron 450 mHz computer with
win 98 ver. 2
