This is taken from a Users review of the card.

Using Realtek RTL8139 Win98 & XP as ICS gateway NIC. Periodically it stops
working (symptom is client PC can no longer access Internet). On host,
uninstalling RTL8139 driver, rebooting, autodetecting, and reinstalling solves
problem (for awhile).

Check the Dell site for drivers....I have to use the Dell drivers with some of the
hardware that comes with the original Dell.....that does not sound like a Dell
card to me, though. This is about the cheapest card you can get.
