This happened to me before on my NT 4.0 system. In addition to sharing the
folders on NT, you also need to share your computer. This is done through
User Manager/Policies/User Rights. Check the setting for "Access this
computer from network".

I just set up a Win2000 box as a development station and networked it to my
Win98.  It is mostly working in that the 2000 box can see and copy the
files on the 98 box.  The problem is that the 98 box can see the 2000 box,
but it gets a permission errors response when I try to open it. Both have
file sharing enabled with complete permissions.
