I suggest, that you go to the norton site, and "search" for "un-install
norton anti-virus 2002" or whatever year you have. There is a program
to remove it...this is a good idea, to use, even if you did use the
add/remove in windows, because it does not always remove everything,
there is also a "manual" un-install way to do it on the Norton site,
involving the registry. Don't let this scare you, the info is very good.
