Hi, My name is Carlos I have a question I am building a computer but when I
turn it on, the computer makes a beeping noise like twice and the computer
will not display anything on the monitor, it would say "NO SIGNAL OR NOT
CONNECTED" but it is connected.  So in reality my comp wont turn on.  Any
suggestions?
Please help.
