(Win 98SE, Pentium 4 2.4Ghz, 512Mb DDR)

Just wondered, since I am running Win98SE, IF I want to "upgrade" to XP and go buy the 'upgrade' CD,
can I do a clean install -- since I do have my original 98SE CD?  Or will I have to install it as a
overlay?

The same is true for Home as Pro?
