You must look for viewers or editors with Unsharp Mask filter. It works better
then simple Sharpening filter.  If this not works your images  can be possibly 
easily sharpen with products  which cost around 1000$ .  There is products
even free with help it can be done but using then requires much knowledge
in image processing.
