not sure if this is a soft or build item, but here goes...
I purchased a 3-pack of xp home (oem version) for a build project and a
reformat of an older computer. When I opened package, there was a 4th cd labled
"pre-installation".
 It seems to be for pre choosing all the options that appear when installing
xp so an
installer who has identical setups on all installations won't have to go
through all the steps involved in setup. Am I right in this or is there something
on the pre-install cd I will need for individual installations?
 Also, since this an oem version, after installation and activation can I
register and use updates as I could with the "full version"?
