Open your PDF file. Place the cursor in it. Hit CNTL-A to select all and
then CNTL-C to copy. Open dreamweaver to a blank page in HTML view.
Place the cursor in it and hit CNTL-V to paste. basically, that's it
although you may have to do some editing.
