I have an attachment I can not open. (I keep getting a message: Outlook blocked access to the following potentially unsafe attachments: Half-fold Card1.exe)

I know this is a safe attachment I made it myself and sent it myself. Why can't I open this attachment? I do not even have the option of saving it to my desktop in it's original form.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
