I am not sure if the procedure is the same in Pro as it is for Home Edition,
but in Start> Settings> Control Panel> Network and Internet Connections, and
then click Network Connections, click Dial-up, LAN or High-Speed Internet
connection that you want to protect, and then, under Network Tasks. click
"Change settings of this connection." On the Advanced tab, under Internet
Connection Firewall, Select one of the following: *To enable Internet
Connection Firewall (ICF), select the Protect my computer and network by
limiting access to this computer from the Internet check box.

This is the procedure for Home Edition. An in depth detail of this is in the
Help files and type in "firewall" in the search box.
