  Recently, when I try this, IE 5 (under Win98 SE) has a nasty habit
of opening my .JPG files with their default program, not itself.
I've been finding that in orger to get the image into IE, I have to
right-click on the .JPG file and select "iexplore" from the "open
with..." list.
