Dear Kathy,
The process of elimination would be my first step in testing an imcompatability theory to your problem. Uninstall the program and see what happens for a day or two. If you continue to run out of memory, remove any other programs that didn't come with the original "out of the box" image on your pc. (in other words remove any other programs you have installed) Keep in mind that software trouble shooting can be very time consuming and difficult to pinpoint. I would want the machine back to it's original factory state to determine if it's still having memory troubles. If it does and there's
nothing else you did to the machine, then I would assume you have the right to return the machine or exchange it if you don't have time for a technical resolution. If it's the software that's incompatible, you'll have to find a computer with a compatible OS to use it, or again try to return it. In any case, keep in mind also that there will always be software bugs, etc. especially with new OS's hitting the market. Not everyone can remain on the same page at the same time in our wonderful world of computers! Hope this helps.
