I have a PC with Windows 2000 on it. 128 Mb RAM. Microsoft Publisher was installed and when the user attempts to save their creations they get a windows dialog box stating words to the effect "Cannot create temp file". Each time you click ok another dialog the same appears. This happens about five times and then the document saves anyway.
I had a look in the Printers folder and found there are no MS Publisher print drivers, which I believe install automatically when installing Publisher. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Publisher and did a custom install, selecting every option offered. The error still persists and the print drivers are nowhere to be found, (assuming these are the cause).
Don't know much about this product and am baffled by the issues. Have checked the local temp folder for the user logged on and it is relatively empty. The HDD has 16 Gb of free space. Have looked around MSK and other sites for help, but have not encountered anything that indicates what causes the issue or how to fix it.
Any help appreciated.
Regards Roger Griffiths.
