What are the types of files that you want to delete? Some files should not
be deleted, even if you think you don't need them. If you want to see hidden
files just go into your Windows Explorer, click the view tab on top, and
select Folder Options. When the new window opens click View and you will see
a list of options. There are three that relate to hidden files and you can
select to show all files.
