I'm not sure I remember how properly to send a message to PCSOFT, so I'm
using reply in Outlook 2000.
It seems (original message below) that Mick knows how to export contacts
to an excel file. How can this be done?

Thanks,

Subject: Outlook 2000 contacts sheet change

Hello

I'm using outlook 2000. I have had to make some changes to the 'Contacts'
sheet. I've made these changes and then saved it as a file with the
extension .oft

I would like to 'completely' replace the present contacts sheet with my
modified one ... I can't suss how to do this ... can anyone please help?

I would also like to be able to export all the contacts data (for backup
purposes) to an Excel file. That works great, but it doesn't save the 'new'
information I have added to the contacts sheet ... how do I make Outlook
also save the new info I have added?

TIA ... Mick
