This is a common scam--there are many such variants. They look very
tempting and can easily suck you (and your money) in. Their "errors" are
either false or innocuous, such as orphaned shortcuts or temp files.
Download freeware "Unlocker" www.ccollomb.free.fr which will unlock the
file to enable you to delete it. Alternatively, reboot into Safe Mode and
the chances are that you will then be able to delete these pesky files.
Sometimes they may be self-replicating, and replace themselves under
different names whenever one is deleted. These can be very difficult to
remove, and may require special software to do it.
