Try creating a small file, delete it and check to see if it appears in the
Recycle Bin and then try restoring it.  That should be all the testing you
need to do.  If this does not work, then the system must still think the
"right" name for the recycle bin is the alternate name.  In this case, you
should probably get TweakUI and change the name back to "Recycled".  I
checked and TweakUI does let you change the name of any of the special
system folders.
