Windows 98, NT4, and 2000 all support multiple monitors. You can have as
many monitors as you have video cards for. Each monitor will require it's
own video card. There are also high end dual port video cards that are made
for this use. I don't think this is much of performance hit on a modern PII
and above computer however an older one might take a hit.

Any future questions on implementing this should really take place on
PCBUILD as this is about adding additional hardware.
