When I disconnect from the Internet, an AT&T connection box appears and I
have to hit disconnect there again. Then an AT&T connection manager box
appears and I have to hit cancel.

And sometimes after I disconnect, my computer tried to reconnect again,
which I don't want it to do. It's a good thing I can hear my modem
trying to connect.

I have AT&T set as my default ISP, and "Dial whenever a network
connection is not present" selected. I'm using IE5 with WIN98.

Any suggestions?
