Problem is three people using Outlook on three computers at two locations. All using same version and same OS.  What is the easiest way to keep all three copies equivalent (i.e. all showing the same information, given that all three people may independently make changes).  Not looking for real time equivalency, periodic is sufficient such as once per day.
