Yes this is an AOL problem. That is why I suggest that AOL should be
uninstalled and an independent ISP should be used in its place. AOL is
constantly fighting with Windows for control of the computer and as a
consequence, you will get lock ups depending on what other software and
applications you have installed on your machine.
