I know with win98SE you can go into add/remove programs in the control panel
and select the tab over to the right.  Over there is an option to create a
bootup floppy.  I'm not sure how you do it in XP.  I'm assuming that you
would need the cd to create it like in NT or Win2K, where you would bootup
on the cd and when it prompts you to create disks you can go ahead and do
so.
