Check to see whether or not you are overclocking your CPU. This
happened to me once when I set a Kingston 233 Turbochip on a motherboard
only rated at 200 MHz. It worked fine for a couple of months then all
of a sudden the computer would freeze and/or the dreaded blue screen of
death would appear. I finally ended up setting the clock at 166 since I
could find no way to do 200. I haven't had that problem since.
Just a suggestion.
