Yes, but doesn't seem to locate tags---not on mine, anyway. In fact, 
there's lots of names the built-in Windows search doesn't find.

For that purpose, I use freeware Everything (I used to use the freeware 
"Locate" but now prefer "Everything"). Even they don't locate tag names, it 
seems.

I've now found that the "sort by" option has an entry for tags which serves 
my purpose admirably.
