Hi Mark,

I haven't used Briefcase for this, but it is a method that should work and
you would have to synchronize manually. In XP Help and Support Center (Start
Menu \ Help) search for "Briefcase" and the first task listed is "To
synchronize files on connected computers using Briefcase."

I use a program called "Second Copy 2000". You can download a fully
functional 30 day evaluation here: http://www.centered.com/. I use it
primarily for backup but it can be configured many ways for different tasks.
