Remember that if any letter is underlined when viewed anywhere on the
Start menu, (including the Documents section), you'll need to precede
the underlined letter with the Ampersand character (&) when you do your
search through the registry. And I agree with you, Jim, it looks like
the problem is in your registry, although I haven't been able to
duplicate it here.
