Iz,

I use Nuts & Bolts quite extensively.  There is no "Empty My Computer"
option (or anything similar) on any of the dialogs.

I am guessing that what you are referring to is an item within the
CLEAN & OPTIMIZE tools section, but that is simply a file deleter.
It would have no affect on your settings or how you view the
MY COMPUTER window.

However, if that is truly what you are referring to, then you
should be able to go into your RECYCLE bin and restore any
needed files.
