Greetings,
  #1-Go to your Netscape>Program folder and find AIM.EXE. Start it and
select Setup. Go to the Misc. tab and uncheck "Start Netscape AIM when
Windows starts".
  #2-Have you recently installed Alta Vista Discovery? That could be
your problem. Or, the NS 4.5 beta? If you did and it crashed, it can
start up your DUN. More info needed.(You're lucky...most folks complain
that DUN won't start up automatically ;-)
