I'm not sure if you can set it up through regular Outlook (never tried) but
Outlook Express is real easy to set up. (I'm using it now in fact) go to
"Tools", "Accounts", then under the "Mail" tab, select "Add", "Mail", enter
your preferred display name, "Next" then your "Hotmail or MSN" address, (or
create a new hotmail account), then "Next" then select "HTTP" as your mail
server, and "Hotmail" as your provider, then "Next" it will ask your logon
information, type it in then "Next" then "Finish", and you're all set. Hope
this is easy to follow!
