Someone else said something about this page... This is a "before the fact"
procedure...  "After" you are locked out it is too late to log-on and make
the re-set disk...

I had this problem early on...  I know all I had to do was log on with "any"
admin user account and reset the password on the other user(s)...
Mine is Win-XP-PRO-OEM-(full)

The only place this "might" not work is the "REAL" actual ADMINISTRATOR
(hidden) account...  To see what I mean by hidden, run the Microsoft MBSA
(Baseline Security Analyzer) and see how many "hidden" users you actually have...
(You might be surprised..)
MBSA is in the Security Resource Kit, or at www.Microsoft.com/security

The original poster needs to determine if the problem was correctly stated...
I'm thinking something got "lost" in the translation...
