Yes, there is.  I purchased a USB attachment to my computer form ADS Tech
called, DVD Xpress.  It attaches to a VCR and my computer.  You can play a
tape in the VCR or an analog video camera, and the DVD Xpress will capture
it and copy it to your HD.  Then I use Nero to burn a copy to a DVD.  Here's
the website: www.adstech.com.  They have a newer version of the DVD Xpress
out now.
