Did you trying from your desktop, right click on mouse, go to properties
and changing you image size, max it out and see if you don't get a full
screen.

Subject: [PCSOFT] Screen size - Laptop
We have an old Toshiba laptop which has a small screen. I have tried
often
to get the picture to fill the whole screen but I always get a big
border.
It is loaded with Win98SE - I have gone to screen properties and chosen
the
option to stretch on the display, selected apply and okay but it does
not
change.
Any suggestions.
Many thanks
