Display icon in control panel has been paralysed for some time now
on my win95 pc [after installing ie4 and adobe photoshop4].
Double clicking on this icon brings nothing.
* Uninstalling adobe photoshop did not resolve the issue.
* Using X-teq X-setup utility added a new and functional display icon
   to the control panel but did not remove the old one from there.

Any ideas as to removing the paralyzed display icon from control
panel?
