You could also check under each user folder the local settings folder. If
more than one user accesses this computer, a separate temp folder is created
for each user, as well as temporary internet files.  The local settings
folders are hidden by default so you would need to unhide it by going into
my conputer and then selecting under the tools menu, folder options.  Once
in there, you will see a tab that says view.  go into there and select the
radio button for show system and hidden files.  Hit okay and you will see
under each user name the local settings folder.  Delete all the files in the
temp and temporary internet folders.
