Do you click on the ? and say remove?  Before you do that try clicking on it
and say update driver.

I have 3d Prophet Radeon 7.84. In my devise manager I have a big yellow ? by
the side of VID 04e6 PID 80002000 are they connected and how can I Get rid
of the ?. I have tried uninstalling the graphics board but the wizard tells
me I have new hardware . I try to install the CD (above)but it does not
reconise it. I was told rhat it may be my scanner or cemera. I have tried it
with them uninstalled but no good
