I may be interpreting your information incorrectly, but it appears that
your computer and IE are working OK and the problem may be with your
ISP. If there was a problem with your computer and/or IE, you would not
be getting to your home page. I would call your ISP tech support and
explain the situation.
One thing you can check locally is to see if you have encountered a
browser hijack. Right click on IE, go to properties and check that the
home page is correct.
If you need further assistance, include your OS and a more detailed
description of what is occurring in a future post. Is your ISP nwinfo ?
How are you connected to them (dial up, DSL, Cable)?
