For the past month my hard drives (especiall and probably starting with
my Syjet discs) have picked up strange subdirectories that consist of a
very long chain of
>>/>>/>>/>>/>>/>>/>>/>>/>>/>>/>>/>>/>>/>>/>>/>>/>>/>>/>>/>>/>>.  This
makes searching for a file very difficult.
Has anyone seen something like this?  Might it be a virus (I get an
error message, "This program has performed an illegal operation and will
be shut down.  If the problem persists, contact the program vendor,"
when Dr. Solomon searches my hard drive?
I'd appreciate any help I can get.  Thanks,
