Does anyone know if it's possible to install Windows NT Workstation's
Service Pack 4 without installing IE 4.0? (can't stand the damn thing)
If I'm not going to install IE 4.0 do I have to worry about any other
differences between the 40-bit & 128-bit d/l versions?  Also
http://www.msnbc.com/news/208912.asp reports that there are certain
problems between SP4 and certain ATI Rage drivers.  I have an ATI 3D Pro
Turbo + PC2TV & am wondering if anyone knows the details of these
incompatibilities, which would force me to abstain from going to SP4.
