Also consider one of the following possible issues that can
cause this error:
You have Virus checking enabled in the Bios
You have a cirrus logic video card that is incompatible with Win95
Your Ram speed settings in the Bios need to be reduced to complete
the installation. You can change them back after completing the
installation. This happens more often with Cyrix and AMD CPUs,
but it does happen with Intel on a rare occasion.
