Overall the page looks very nice.

I do think that it is a little odd that you are  using a script to 
display the current date and time as the Last Modified date and time for 
your page. What's the thinking there?

I do not understand what the following code is supposed to be doing for 
you. Why are you loading and hiding these icons?
