Ask your money back! eacy cd creator 5 has a great "reputation" of destroy
computer operating system. Lucky you are not running win2k, if so, you may
see total fatal unrecoveralbe error. the problem somebody (sounds more like
expert) believed to be that easy CD has problem to work with Disk controller
system (regardless IDE or SCSI). MS has included a warning for use of easy
cd 5. The bug is famose on the net not long ago, you should be able to find
millions of links for more details.

The bug (mainly the Take Two of Easy CD 5) has destroyed some of my
customers' system (I don't work in service dept, so, I usually miss a lot of
more problem report from customers) as far as I know.

However, the problem mainly happens to win2k systems, win9x systems is rare
to be affected by the bug.
