Subject: Java Virtual Machine

Help,  I downloaded Microsoft Virtual Machine from the Windows Update Site
and when I restarted I got the following error message:  Unable to install Java pkg. from C:\Windows\Java\class\xmldso4.cab  Access Denied.
I am not very computer savvy, so if anyone has answer please explain in detail.
The reason I downloaded this was to be able to use Dialpad.
