Check with the homestead support [their website should hold the info], whether:
- they support Frontpage extensions. This is unlikely, but if they do
you will be able to upload easily from the Frontpage.
- they have FTP access. This can be true, and I think Frontpage can be
configured to update the site via FTP
- they have a proprietary access system. No luck then. You will have
to use their interface to upload directories, groups of files or
each and every file to the server via HTTP. This is mostly seen on
free servers, and is bad,bad,bad. Seek another place for your
homepage then, I guess...
