No idea what program your using, but when I have that problem in Outlook 2K,
I just copy and paste the message in the drafts folder into a new message
and then send. Who knows why it wont go from the drafts folder.

In Drafts folder, I find an old msg I'm now ready to send -- and no matter
what I do, I can't find instructions on how to send it. appears to be no
Send icon in it now.
