I heve lost 
'help' file (or may be accidentely deleted) and 
fonts settings (sizes as well as colours) from Outlook express

How to get them back ?
is it possible from the program itself  ? 
There is' _isetup' icon  in Program files\outlook express\ folder
running _isetup will it solve my problem ?
