On my copy (ver 2.0.26), you right click on the icon in the systray,
click "Restore ZoneAlarm Control Center", go into Configure, and
uncheck "Load ZoneAlarm at startup".  If you don't see this option,
you may have an earlier version, or you may just have to fiddle with
the arrow in the lower right hand corner and with "Configure" until
you see it.
